Why our prices are lower.

Our prices are lower for three simple reasons:

  • Compounded medication — the same active ingredient as the brand-name versions, made to order by a licensed US pharmacy, so you're not paying extra for the brand name.
  • One all-in monthly price — your visits and shipping are included, instead of a separate membership fee on top of your medication.
  • Lean marketing — we don't pad prices to fund big advertising campaigns, so more of what you pay goes toward your care.

Your pharmacy

From a licensed US pharmacy to your door.

Your medication is dispensed by a licensed US pharmacy and shipped overnight, refrigerated (cold-chain), straight to your door. Here's what stands behind every shipment.

Licensed US pharmacy

Your prescription is filled individually for you by a state-licensed US pharmacy, as permitted under Section 503A of the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Accredited, independently scrutinized

Our pharmacy holds PCAB accreditation (Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board) — a voluntary standard requiring product testing, staff training, and quality practices beyond state minimums.

Every batch independently tested

Every batch of injectable medication is tested by an independent, accredited US laboratory for sterility and endotoxins, and we keep the Certificates of Analysis (COAs) on file.

Common questions

What you should know.

Is compounded medication legal?

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved — but compounding is expressly permitted under federal law (Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act) when a licensed pharmacy fills a prescription for an individual patient. A compounded formulation may differ from a commercially manufactured product, so we only prescribe one when there is a clinical reason a commercial product is not the right fit.

Am I eligible?

You may be a fit if you're 18 or older and don't have any of the conditions that make GLP-1 therapy unsafe. Our intake form will tell you in a couple of minutes. Final eligibility is determined by a licensed clinician after your visit.

When will I be charged?

Nothing is charged until you choose to start medication, so there's never anything to refund. If our screening finds a contraindication, you simply won't start treatment. And if no clinician is licensed in your state yet, we'll email you the moment we're available there.

Can I use insurance?

Not at this time. We've designed our pricing to be straightforward — without surprise bills, prior authorizations, or insurance paperwork.

Can I pay with my HSA or FSA?

Yes. GLP-1 treatment prescribed for a diagnosed condition is generally a qualified medical expense, and we accept HSA and FSA cards at checkout. If your plan asks for documentation, we provide itemized receipts and a Letter of Medical Necessity on request.

How quickly will I get medication?

Most patients have their visit within one business day of completing intake. Once a clinician writes the prescription, our licensed US pharmacy typically fills and ships your order within 5–7 business days — and once it ships, it arrives overnight in refrigerated, cold-chain packaging.
