Upfront pricing
Your monthly price depends on the program and dose your doctor prescribes. The price you see is the whole price — no membership fees, shipping fees, or added taxes. Each shipment covers approximately 9–10 weeks, depending on the medication, with the cost billed monthly; once a requested refill is sent to the pharmacy, you're committed through that coverage period. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Is compounded medication legal?
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved — but compounding is expressly permitted under federal law (Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act) when a licensed pharmacy fills a prescription for an individual patient. A compounded formulation may differ from a commercially manufactured product, so we only prescribe one when there is a clinical reason a commercial product is not the right fit.
Is it semaglutide base or a salt form?
The base — the same form of the molecule as in the FDA-approved products, not a sodium or acetate salt. The active ingredient is pharmacy-grade, verified by certificate of analysis.
Is the medication tested?
Yes. Every finished batch of injectable medication is independently tested by an accredited US laboratory for sterility and bacterial endotoxins before it is dispensed. The active pharmaceutical ingredient used to compound it is separately verified by a certificate of analysis covering identity, purity, and potency. You can request the test report for your medication's lot number.
Am I eligible?
You may be a fit if you're 18 or older and don't have any of the conditions that make GLP-1 therapy unsafe. Our intake form will tell you in a couple of minutes. Final eligibility is determined by a licensed doctor after your visit.
Do I have to follow a standard dose-escalation schedule?
No. The standard schedules are a starting map, not a rule — your doctor adjusts your dose up or down based on your results and tolerability, including a very low maintenance dose if that's what works for you.
Can I microdose GLP-1s?
Microdosing — taking doses lower than those studied in clinical trials — is a popular idea, but we don't yet have evidence that it works. What we do know is that many people respond well to lower studied doses. Your doctor will help you find the lowest dose that works for you.
Can I stay on medication after I reach my goal?
Yes. If treatment is working, your doctor can continue you on a low maintenance dose to help keep the weight off — staying on, adjusting down, or stopping is a decision you make together.
What happens when I cancel?
No additional medication is sent unless you request another refill. Once a requested refill is sent to the pharmacy, your subscription stays active through its coverage window — 9 weeks for oral medication or 10 weeks for injections — and monthly billing continues during that time. About a week before the window ends you can request your next refill; once it closes, you can cancel treatment instead. Cancellation stops future charges and shipments, but charges already made — including the current month's — are not prorated or refunded.
When will I be charged?
Nothing is charged until you choose to start medication. If you do not start treatment, there is no charge and nothing to refund. And if no doctor is licensed in your state yet, we'll email you the moment we're available there.
Can I use insurance?
Not at this time. We've designed our pricing to be straightforward — without surprise bills, prior authorizations, or insurance paperwork.
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA?
Yes. GLP-1 treatment prescribed for a diagnosed condition is generally a qualified medical expense, and we accept HSA and FSA cards at checkout. If your plan asks for documentation, we provide itemized receipts and a Letter of Medical Necessity on request.
How quickly will I get medication?
Most patients have their visit within one business day of completing intake. Once a doctor writes the prescription, our licensed US pharmacies typically fill and ship your order within 5–7 business days — and once it ships, it arrives overnight in refrigerated, cold-chain packaging.
