A Washington patient’s Foundayo dose should follow the doctor’s instructions rather than a discount. The prescribing information begins at 0.8 mg daily for 30 days or more, then 2.5 mg, with at least 30 days between later increases. The tablet can be taken with or without food. Strengths offered are 0.8, 2.5, 5.5, 9, 14.5 and 17.2 mg.
Foundayo’s self-pay charge changes with the prescribed strength. On October 19, 2026, LillyDirect showed $149 for 0.8 or 2.5 mg, $199 for 5.5 mg, $299 for 9 mg, and $299 for 14.5 or 17.2 mg when the 45-day refill condition is satisfied. The Bridge operates July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027; CMS marked the page modified August 6, 2026. Foundayo is FDA-approved for adult weight management under the conditions in its prescribing information, not for type 2 diabetes.
