Compounded GLP-1 Programs Compared: The Whole Bill, in One Number (2026)

Most GLP-1 telehealth pricing is designed to be compared one month at a time, at the intro rate, before the fees. This page does the opposite. For each program, we computed the whole bill: what a year of treatment at the entry dose actually costs, all fees included, using only the numbers each provider publishes on its own pages.

Most numbers below come straight from each provider’s own pages. Two providers, Found and Ro, publish no prices anywhere on their public sites, so their rows carry figures from independent third-party reviews instead, clearly labeled as reported rather than verified. We think the fact that those two bills can only be learned secondhand tells you something too.

Last updated: August 4, 2026.

Disclosure: Gentle Health operates this site. We are one of the providers below, described on the same terms as everyone else. Every figure is from the provider’s own public pages on the date shown, and the arithmetic is written out in the detail table further down.

The whole bill: one year, everything included

Sorted by year-one total, lowest first. Entry-dose compounded semaglutide (injectable where offered) unless noted. Unlabeled figures come from the provider’s own public pages; rows marked reported come from independent third-party reviews because the provider publishes no prices, and the source is named in the substantiation table below.

Provider Year-one whole bill Per month, all-in Conditions attached
GobyMeds from $1,188 from $99 “From” pricing; dose-tier steps not published, so the real total may be higher
InjectCo $1,188 $99 Requires 6-month starter commitment; renewal rate not published
Trimi Health (annual plan) $1,188 $99 Twelve months, committed up front; month-to-month is $2,100/yr
Gentle Health (oral semaglutide) $1,344 $112 None. No membership, no commitment, no dose step-ups, cancel any month
Gentle Health (injectable semaglutide) $1,620 $135 None
Zealthy $1,812 $151 Requires quarterly prepayment; month-to-month rate not published
Gentle Health (tirzepatide) $2,028 $169 None
Trimi Health (monthly plan) $2,100 from $175 Their own pages list this as the no-commitment rate
Mochi Health $2,136 $178 ($79 membership + $99 medication) Two separate charges; medication price is flat at all doses; drops to ~$1,987/yr if you prepay the $799 annual membership; tirzepatide $199/mo medication (~$3,336/yr month-to-month)
Henry Meds ~$2,964 $247 Weekly semaglutide injection at their published “thereafter” rate; early cancellation can require paying out the contract balance, per their FAQ; tirzepatide-class tablets $349/mo (~$4,188/yr)
Found ~$3,000-$4,200 reported ~$249-$349 reported Third-party reviews report a $99-149/mo membership plus $150-250/mo compounded medication, billed separately, with dose-based increases; Found’s own pages publish no prices
Hims ~$3,466 ~$298 Branded medication only; their footnote: $149/mo medication PLUS $149/mo membership, billed separately ($39 first month)
Ro ~$4,728 reported ~$394 reported Forbes Health (August 2026) reports compounded semaglutide at $394/mo including the $149/mo membership; Ro’s own pages publish no cash prices
WeightWatchers Med+ $839 + medication $74-84 + medication Membership only; their terms state medication is not included and is billed via insurance or cash on top

The pattern worth noticing: every bill lower than ours carries a commitment, a prepayment, an unpublished tier, or a second separate charge. Every bill without conditions is higher than ours. And the two most heavily advertised platforms in the category publish no prices at all - their whole bills are only knowable from third-party reporting. We would rather win this comparison honestly than win a teaser-price comparison we would lose the moment the fine print applies.

How each number was computed (the substantiation table)

Methodology: prices and terms are taken only from each provider’s own public web pages as they appeared on the verification date shown. Rows are alphabetical here. Nothing is estimated; where a number is not published, we say so rather than guess.

Provider Published terms used Arithmetic Verified
Found Own pages publish no prices. Third-party reviews (WeightSherpa; Health Facts Journal, both 2026) report: Essential membership ~$99/mo, Premium ~$149/mo; compounded semaglutide ~$150-250/mo billed separately; users report shipping fees and dose-based increases ($99 + $150) x 12 = ~$2,988 low end · ($99 + $250) x 12 = ~$4,188 high end Own pages checked joinfound.com 2026-08-03 (no prices); reported figures per weightsherpa.com and healthfactsjournal.com 2026-08-03

What to check before you pay anyone, including us

  1. Get the whole bill in writing. Medication plus every recurring fee, at your dose, after the intro period, times twelve. If a program cannot put that on one line, this table shows you why.
  2. Who prescribes, by name. At Gentle Health it is one physician, James Simmons, MD, in every state we serve; his license number and the state medical board’s verification link are printed on each state page. Whoever you choose, the prescriber’s name plus your state board’s free lookup takes two minutes.
  3. Whether the price moves with your dose. Titration is normal; a price that climbs with it is the largest hidden cost in the category, and it hides inside “from” pricing.
  4. The pharmacy. Compounded medication is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy under the 503A framework (or a 503B outsourcing facility). A trustworthy program discloses which pharmacy fills your prescription before you commit.
  5. The exit. Month-to-month means you can stop. Commitment pricing can mean paying out the balance; one provider’s own FAQ says exactly that.

Frequently asked questions

Why are some numbers marked “reported”? Because those providers publish no prices on their own public pages; the full cost appears only inside the signup flow, after you have entered your information. For those rows we cite independent third-party reviews, named in the substantiation table, rather than print nothing - and we clearly separate those figures from the ones we verified on providers’ own pages. If a provider publishes its pricing openly, we will happily switch its row to the verified tier.

Why is compounded GLP-1 medication less expensive than the branded versions? Branded GLP-1 list prices run a thousand dollars or more per month. Compounded versions are prepared per-prescription by licensed compounding pharmacies rather than purchased as branded products. Compounded medication is a different product category with different oversight, prepared for an individual patient, and it does not go through the same federal pre-market review process that branded drugs do.

What does Gentle Health charge, all-in? Oral semaglutide $112 per month, injectable semaglutide $135 per month, tirzepatide $169 per month. Flat at every dose, month to month, cash-pay, no membership fee, nothing billed separately. The year-one totals above are those numbers times twelve, and that is the entire calculation.

Who prescribes at Gentle Health? James Simmons, MD, in every state we serve. He is licensed in each of the 29 jurisdictions, including Arkansas (E-14098) and Kentucky (59884), and each state page links to that state’s medical board verification record.

Is Gentle Health available in my state? We currently serve 29 jurisdictions, with more in progress. The full list, with each state’s license number and board-verification link, is on our states page.
