As of this week, Gentle Health serves patients in thirty-two states and Washington, DC. The four newest: Wyoming, Iowa, Mississippi, and Georgia.
If you are reading this from one of those four states, here is what just became available to you, and if you are somewhere else, the full list is below, because we would rather print it than make you hunt for it.
What patients in the new states get
The same practice everyone else gets, unchanged:
- One physician, licensed in your state. Every prescription at Gentle Health, in every state we serve, is written by James Simmons, MD. Not a network, not a rotating panel. He holds an individual license in each state through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, and your state’s medical board runs a free public lookup where you can verify it, which we encourage. Each of our state pages links directly to that state’s board record.
- Flat, published pricing. Compounded oral semaglutide is $112 per month, compounded injectable semaglutide is $135 per month, and compounded tirzepatide is $169 per month. The price is flat at every dose, month to month, cash-pay, with no membership fee, no insurance requirement, and no contract balance if you stop.
- A disclosed process. You complete a medical intake, Dr. Simmons reviews it personally, and if treatment is appropriate for you, a licensed compounding pharmacy fills the prescription and ships it to your door. If treatment is not appropriate, we tell you that instead. Not everyone who applies is approved, and we consider that a feature of the model rather than a flaw.

Why the list keeps growing this way
We started in Arkansas and Kentucky, the two states where Dr. Simmons was first licensed, and we said from the beginning that we would only operate where he personally holds a license. The Interstate Medical Licensure Compact makes that scalable without changing the model: one accountable physician, individually licensed in each state, rather than an “available nationwide” claim that blurs who is actually responsible for your care. The list grows at the speed of licensure, which is slower than a marketing department would like and exactly as fast as we think it should be.

Is the price the same in the new states? Yes. $112, $135, or $169 per month depending on the medication, flat at every dose, in every state we serve. That is the whole bill; there is nothing else to add.

My state is not on the list. When will you get there? More states are in progress. The honest answer is that each one arrives when licensure is complete, and this page will be updated when it does.
