Common questions

What you should know.

What is a compounded medication?

A compounded medication is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient based on a prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and may differ from commercially manufactured products. We only prescribe compounded formulations when there is a clinical reason that a commercial product is not the right fit.

Who is eligible?

Adults 18+ who don't have any of the conditions that make GLP-1 therapy unsafe. Our intake form will tell you in a few minutes whether you may be a fit. Final eligibility is determined by a licensed clinician after your visit.

What if I'm not eligible?

If our screening identifies a contraindication, you won't be charged. If no clinician is currently licensed in your state, you'll be added to our waitlist and refunded if you've already paid.

Can I use insurance?

Not at this time. We've designed our pricing to be straightforward — no surprise bills, no prior authorizations, and no insurance paperwork.

How quickly will I get medication?

Most patients have their visit within one business day of completing intake. Once a clinician writes the prescription, our partner pharmacy typically ships within 5–7 business days.
